All services purchased are final and non-refundable. There is no refund/no return on services already rendered. By scheduling or purchasing any service, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued, except as required by applicable state or federal law. In any situation where a refund is mandated by law, the clinic will comply only to the extent required by that law.

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under state laws. If you believe you are entitled to a refund or have any questions regarding this policy, please contact our billing department.
